Custom Built Homes

Through the past 30 years of home building and experience as a high end trim carpenter, I have been privileged to have worked in many of the finest homes in State of Maryland, as well as inspecting many of these homes over the past ten years.

Renovated Row Homes

Since I began inspecting homes in 1999, I have inspected well over 1000 homes in the Canton, Fells Point, Federal Hill, and Locust Point areas of Baltimore City. I also have hands on experience renovating some of these houses in the early 1980’s.

Log Homes

Reading about and studying log home building for many years gave me the knowledge needed to evaluate the home I purchased approximately five years ago. Since then, I have inspected many newer style log homes as well as historical log cabins and homes.
